What Can I Do to Make You Believe Me?

 Om Swastyastu,

We are live adjoining with the others. This is in accordance with our nature as social beings. Life requires us to work together with others. However, in any partnership, sometimes the conflict may came, one of them may because of no believe in each other.

Believable required not only in partnership, but also in other things in life. Such as, when we start a friend relationship, build a love, work, and more.

Our beliefs about others can come by itself without the need we seek. However, to get the people’s trust, sometimes required an effort to achieve it. What are them?

 1. Prove it with real results.
Sometimes we want others to believe that we can do something. But unfortunately we can only say without doing anything. Someone would believe if she/he had seen the evidence. Therefore make something real to make she/he believes in you.
If you want to be trusted as a friend then make something that makes her/him believe that you are the best friend that he was looking for.

 2. Do not hasty to make people believe in us.
Remember, the beliefs is not made, but born. Because of that, it’s normal if the people’s believe come in long time. It needs to pass some process so the people can believe us. Of course, we must keep trying and don’t force that.

 3. Trust others.
If you want to be trusted by others then you also have to believe them. Give and receive. This is the best we can do.

 4. Never betray the other’s trust.
We must keep the people’s believe when they already put their trust in us. Don’t betray them. Because, if we betrayed them, will be difficult for us to get back their trust.

The most important of all is to keep our credibility, and keep the trust of others to us.

I Used to Solve My Problems by These Ways

  Om Swastyastu,

As I promise to tell you about the secret of solving problems of life, well, I will share it now. You will learn about how to control your emotion, be more patient, and then, you will be able to think longer about the chance to solve what problems you are fighting now. I will give you the illustration first. Then you can try it, or just learn and understanding, it’s all up to you.

Now, imagine yourself that you are triggering a problem. You feel not good. You are in a plight, bad mood, and won’t care anyone or anything around you. You are in a very big problem...

Now think, what will you do? Or, what usually you do if you face this condition? ....

Then think, is it work? I mean, do your way can make you feel relax, joy, and happy? If yes, then, you are a good-controlling emotion person. If no, you must learn more about controlling ego. Because, the success parameter of solving problems are depend on your way of controlling ego and emotion. I will show you the best way (I think) to control this and solve the problems.

 1. Take up a glass/cup which is fulfilled by water. Hold it like shown in the picture below.

What do you feel? Nothing? Well, hold it longer. Hold it for 5 minutes...
Getting tired? No? Alright, hold it for 10 minutes...
Now, you must be tired, right? If no, you may hold it for 30 or 60 minutes...

The meaning is: the problem is analogized by the cup of water that you are hold. It doesn’t make sense at the first. But, it’s getting heavier every minute you hold it. For 5 minutes, you start feel numb. 10 minutes later, you’ll feel heavy numb. Then, 15 minutes you hold it, you’ll get tired. Finally, 30 minutes later, you’ll feel so painful and cannot take it much longer.

It’s the same as when you are in a problem. You hold it alone, and getting tired every minute. Until, you get frustrated, you can’t take it anymore. Then, what should you do? Yes, take a break for a little time.

2.  Put the cup on the table or anywhere, just don’t hold it for several minutes. Take a break and relax. Do not think about your problem, just free your mind. By this way, you’ll downgrade your frustrate condition caused by the problem. Maybe, 5 or 10 minutes later, you’ll feel no tired again. Now, think how to solve the problem. After that, you should be ready to take the cup (problem) again. Taking and putting the cup like this will make you used and won’t make you give up when facing and solving the problem.

3.  If the problem still hard to solve by yourself, then, take another cup (empty cup). Pour a little of water to the empty cup. This will make the cup that you are hold getting lighter than before, because the water in it was decreased. Take another empty cup again. Pour a half of water in your cup that you’re holding into the empty one. Now, it will be easier to hold, right?

This is what I called “sharing”. You share your problem with another person. The more you shared, the more you will get lighter of holding a problem. So, share your problem as much as you can to your family, your best friends, or your teachers. And think together how to solve that. Remember, together we are invincible!

4.  And don’t forget to pray, because everything is already organized by the Almighty.

That’s all my way to fight the problems. Do you want to try? :)

(Late) Introduction

 printf(“Hi World!”);

Sorry for this late introduction (about myself). I’ve just completed this lately. Well, I got a lot of business and tasks last week, and I got crowded by them, at last a little bit frustrated. Okay, forget that. I can do anything (I can), but I can’t do everything (at the same time). So, this time, let me introduce myself to you.

The general part of me
My name is I Wayan Safira Sri Artha. You can call me Yayan or Safira or Artha, whatever you want. I was born on August 21st 1994 in Denpasar. My hobby is painting, designing, playing anything, and reading books. I like arts so much, especially modern arts. When I have any spare times, I love to do paint or drawing anime and manga or designing on computer. But, I prefer to do digital designing in my computer, because it’s interesting. I started doing this from I was child. And now, I’ve created many artworks. You can see my artworks later only at www.hallofinspirations.blogspot.com.

My School
See that my first sentence in this post is written in C language of programming. So, I think you’ve already guessed my school. Yes, I am a student at Computer Science Department at Udayana University, Bali. Udayana University is located at Badung regency, about 25 kilometers far from Denpasar. I live at Batubulan village. It’s located at Gianyar regency, for about 6 kilometers to Denpasar. Daily I go and back home straightly. I take no rent room for boarding or kost. So, you can feel how long the trip from my house to my college, and also how much time I have to spend every day at the road. Oh, I couldn’t forget to say this, the traffic jam at the way I go college and back to home are so terrific! And that always happens every day. A complete article about my school I will post later, so be patient. :P

Why I Wrote the Difference
Have you already read my posts in this blog? Yes? You know I school at the Computer Science Department? But you also know that I have written nothing that had relation of computer or technologies in this blog, isn’t it? I even wrote about people’s life, it’s so different with my hobby and my education. Do you wonder why I write the difference?
The fact is I love all about arts, technologies, and life. Because, life is the most important, so I just want to share it firstly. Perhaps I will share about arts and technologies later in this blog. Keep your eyes! :P

My hopes
I want to learn more about this life, arts, and technologies. I was able to do digital designing, and I now study for programming. I hope I can combine both the digital art and programming technique. So, maybe I can learn about graphic animations by combining them both. Wish me luck (y)

The Sorrow

Om Swastyastu,

Hello all, I have just experienced an unpleasant thing in my life. Previously, I’m so sorry for sharing this sad story to you all. But, I think it’s important to share this to you. ‘Cause this true story was full of positive moral value that can inspire you. Hope can be useful in your life.

If you ask me a question like this: “Do you have a best friend?” I would say, “Yes I am”. And I believe every one of you have a best friend and say the same as I said. Moreover, some of you have more than one best friend, right? Of course, yes. But, when you ask me, “Do you have a REAL best friend? (Not a fake best friend. A real best friend always stands beside/there for you. Help you much. And will not ask you to help him/her back). Then I would say loudly, “Yessss, I aaammm”.

That words will you hear from me if you ask me a week ago. Don’t wonder how I can say this. I mean, a week ago I still have him as my ‘best of the best friend ever’. But now, there’s no more. He had gone. He leaved me behind forever. And he left a deep sorrow in my heart.

That was Wednesday, November 21st 2012, a tragic accident hit him. When he and his friend (my friend too) went to the college (for having study and some presentations about his project), at their way, about at 8 am, that shocking accident happened. He had brought to the hospital for about thirty minutes after the accident. And at 11 am, became his last breath.

You know, He is a kind person. If you’re his friend, you’ll greeted by his sweet smile every time you meet him. And you’ll always be helped as he always offer you any helps if you need. Okay, you’ll not feel how much kind he is. But, me, as his friend, I can’t forget all the kindness that he ever brought to me. And I know all of his friend would feel the same as me. Everyone knew he is a very good person, and everyone would proud of being his friend.

But, I just realize it now. Since he’s gone, I can’t stop blame myself. When he’s still alive, I always did not care to him as he is care to me. His last request to me is that he asked me for a PC game, called Yugioh Card Game, but I did not gave it to him (the fact is I didn’t have that game). But, if I knew his life will no longer, I would give all I can give to him. Oh I can’t stop crying if I remember this.

And the Ngaben Ceremony was held on Saturday. Everyone will miss him. He was like an angel that God gave into my life. He teaches me the kindness, responsibility, and sacrifice. He couldn’t succeed in reaching his dreams yet, but he was very succeed in making people’s remember him as a kind person.

Dear friends, this life is full of surprises. There’s lot of surprises that we don’t supposed to be, that can make us happy, confused, amazed, stopped of doing activities, or even make us cried. That surprises sometimes make us think that our life is very lucky, or it can make us think that this life is very unfair. All that happiness, amazedness, and sadness, I said those as the “Colors of Life”.

All is already arranged by the Almighty. The things that He is willing to happen, will happened. That’s why He called the Almighty.  We can’t avoid this fact.

Life is a gift from God. Death is a thing that we couldn’t avoid. God arranged our life and our death.

From his experience, I can take the lessons that in this life, we must be kind to all people, although they can’t be kind to us. Always help everyone, although they don’t need your help. Always being tolerance to everyone. Don’t waste your friend’s kindness.

 The last words:

Rest in Peace, I Wayan Getas Tegehkuri. I will always remember your kindness. Thank you so much. Good bye…

Problems of Life: What Makes It Difficult to Solved?

Om Swastyastu,

Hi all, how are you now? Fine? That’s good. As my experience of life, I think, being fine is the closest way to be happy. Did you know? Many people in this world are wondering how to be fine for a long time so they can be happy as long as they want. Oh, you also do it? haha. Yes, that’s the human. We all always expect the best, even it is impossible to get, such as the desire for eternal happiness. We know, live in this world is cannot be separated from problems. Problem always comes in our life. So that’s why we cannot get the everlasting happiness as long as we live.

Nobody is free against the problems of life. Everyone has their own problems. But, not everyone is able to solve their own problems.  Our life is also cannot be separated from our choices. They say, ‘Life is a Choice’. Did you know? Some people in this world choose to avoid their problems. Few are choose to give up against them. And the rest choose to solve (but only a few are succeed). How it can be? Why many people failed to solve their own problems? (And, why I knew it all? Yeah, I used to study from my experience, haha). Many of my friends were like I said before, they cannot solve their problems, perhaps it caused by these:

 1. Many of us (as a Human) are afraid to take risks. (Do you agree?)
To solve a problem sometimes we need a brilliant thinking (strategy), so the problem won’t be wider and harder to solve. If we take the wrong strategy, the problem may be branched. And if it happened, it will become very difficult to solve. The fear of this condition will make us tend to avoid the problems.

 2. We could not stand on the right position.
The fear of risk that arising from the wrong strategy in solving problems sometimes made us confused in positioning ourselves. If we stand on the wrong position, then of course the problem could be heavier. For example, when we have problems with our friends, we should not act as their enemy, because it will not make our problems solved.

 3. Impose our will (obtrude).
Hesitant in taking decisions to resolve problems can complicate the problem. So don’t impose our will.

 4. Wrong time and still in bad conditions.
We often faced the problems that need to take a several time to resolve. Such when we face our friend who was angry because of our fault. Sometimes it takes time to make him/her forgive us.

And there’s still many factors which make our problems cannot be solved or why we often avoid our problems. Do you want to know how I usually solve my problems? If yes, then you should read that one, only at www.hallofinspiraions.blogspot.com. Thanks for reading :)

Heart touching story: The Meaning of Sacrifice

 Om Swastyastu,

This time I will tell you a heart touching story. It’s about sacrifice. And we will learn about how to be wise and patient, how to think and talk, how to forgive and thank, and also how to act and to be responsible. But before reading, prepare your heart and maybe some wipes for you who could not hold your emotion. This story is just a fiction. If there is a similarity on the names of the characters, properties, and events in the story, it was just an unintentional. happy reading.

This heart touching story came from a kind, friendly, and humble boy, named David. He was a student of a poor senior high school. Indeed, he got a scholarship to study there because he came from a poor family. He only lived with his father in a small hut. His father was just a construction worker. Because of that, his daily life was really difficult. He was very grateful to attend school even though it was poor.

One time, it was raining. The rain fell so hard from late midnight till morning. At the moment, David should go to school. But, until almost the school started, David had not seen out of his hut. Apparently he was busy helping his father moved their goods to avoid from being submerged in water if flooding occurs. When finished, he said goodbye to his father and went out from his hut which was starting submerged. But, out there, the rain was still heavy. He knew that he would be late to the class, so he did not care about this rain. He rushed off to school which is about 2 kilometers from where he was now. No motorcycle, moreover a car, he went on foot and pass the rain lonely.

When he was on the way to the school, he approached by his senior who brought an umbrella. She seemed in a hurry too. But, she was not an individualistic person. She lent her umbrella to be used together. They walked toward the school with only one umbrella which protected them from the rain.

The rain got heavier. Wind blew on a muddy and crowded road. Suddenly a strong wind blew the umbrella. The umbrella loose and flew into the middle of the road. David’s senior chose to let her umbrella flown away. But, David tried to get it. He ran to catch the umbrella. From the other side, looked a car sped towards David. Look like David would be hit by the car. David’s senior ran toward David to save him. But, unfortunately they both got hit by the car.

By the people, they were taken to the same hospital. A few minutes later, David’s father arrived at the hospital. Then, he waited in front of David’s room. He was confused and very worried. At the same time, a doctor ran with a strained face toward the room next to David. Suddenly, David’s father immediately stopped the doctor. He scolded the doctor.

“Why are you so slow?! My son’s life cannot wait for your arrival! Quick! Save my son’s doc!!”.

“I’m sorry. I actually want to go to the next room, but well, I’ll look your son’s condition first”. The doctor tried to be professional.

“I do not want to hear your words, quick, save my son! He’s my only son! I don’t want to lose him!”. David’s father cannot be patient anymore. He kept cursing the doctor.

“Please calm down, sir. I’ll try to do my best”, Replied the doctor.

“How can I calm down! You must save my son, doc!! Don’t let my son die!!”, David’s father looked so emotional.

“My apologize, sir, but I am not a God that can make your son alive or die. I am just a doctor. Please trust me, sir. I’ll do my best”.

David’s father fell silent to hear it. He held his temper for a moment. Then, the doctor came in to check on David.

Thirty minutes later, the doctor came out and said without an expression to David’s father, “your son is fine”. Then he immediately ran to the room next to David. David’s father was so happy to hear it. He ran after the doctor and wanted to say ‘thank you’ to the doctor. At the same time, a nurse came out from the room which next to David, and said to the doctor, “I’m sorry doc, she’s gone”. The doctor could only smile and shed a tear. David’s father was shocked and paralyzed after hearing that.

Apparently, the senior of David who lends her umbrella was the daughter of the doctor who examined David. She’s dead now, and David would miss her when he awake.

For parents, children are priceless. But, for a doctor, whether he/she is his son/daughter or not, patient safety is his priority. He saved the others life, but he could not save his lovely daughter.
